Orange Hat Kid is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears in the "Triple Threat" and "Toppat Recruits".

He wears an orange top hat but the color of his shoes is not shown.
Completing the Mission[]
Triple Threat
He is seen performing the "Orange Justice" dance during Diversion option, dancing along with Smooshed Sammy and all the other Toppats who got distracted by Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose. He is later arrested when the Toppat Orbital Station is redirected to The Wall which it lands at.
Toppat Recruits
He is seen during the credits among the rest of the other Toppat Clan members attending the recruit ceremony of Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose.
