PSI Flash is an option in Infiltrating the Airship during the Earthbound-style fight between Henry Stickmin and the Right Hand Man (activated by selecting a Yo-yo) in the "Relentless Bounty Hunter"/"Rapidly Promoted Executive" pathway.
If the player chooses PSI, Henry Stickmin uses "PSI Flash β" (Beta) which makes the Right Hand Man cry. However, he rights himself quickly and attacks Henry with a machine gun, dealing 498 mortal damage and killing Henry, resulting in a fail.

- PSI Flash is a reference to PK Flash from Earthbound. The Flash series of PK moves cause random status ailments to all enemies (crying enemies such as Right Hand Man have reduced accuracy). Higher levels of PK Flash can also knock out enemies instantly, but unfortunately for Henry, Beta is not powerful enough to cause this effect.
