Pass By is an option in Fleeing the Complex, during the "Convict Allies" pathway.
After wearing two caps that Ellie picked up during a prison riot, Henry and Ellie move past an elevator to another elevator. Darek watches them pass by, but falls for the disguise.
The other elevator however contains a group of convicts who do NOT recognize the two as fellow inmates, but mistake them for Wall guards. Spotting an opportunity, the convict group tackles Henry and Ellie, which leads to a fail.

Trivia[]
- In the remastered version, the Pass By option is similar to Hitman. It has the detection alert at one of the guards and both Henry and Ellie also look away from the guards, similar to the way Agent 47 looks away when he's disguised. Also the option icon and when Henry holds his Wall cap is a reference to Hitman Absolution where 47 can use Instinct to blend in near enforcers and will sometimes hold his cap (only if his disguise has a cap).
