Phlex Hamley is a Government soldier who appears in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Pure Blooded Thief" route.

Appearance[]
Phlex Hamley is a soldier who wears a green military cap and brownish-green shoes. He bears a very buff physique.
Personality[]
As provided by his bio, he is a meathead. He likes to workout and when unleashed, he would act like a mad dog.
Infiltrating the Airship[]
During the "Pure Blooded Thief" route, after Henry Stickmin goes rogue and crashes the Airship in the Desert, Phlex can be seen standing around while many military reinforcements attack the Toppat Clan. Later, he can be seen alongside Rupert Price and Mac Damper, all are armed with an M16A1 assault rifle and can be seen shooting towards Toppat Clan members.
During the D.E.B. fail, Hamley can be seen fighting with Sammy Sorry shortly before he, Sammy, and everyone else on the battlefield are evaporated by the Bomb. It is unknown if Phlex survives The Airship Raid.
Trivia[]
- PuffballsUnited has said that Phlex's first name is a pun on him apparently being buff and liking to workout. Phlex sounds the same as "flex", a word commonly used for people trying to show off their muscles.
