Rai U. (Japanese: ライ・ウー - Rai ū) is a member of the Toppat Clan that has a brief appearance in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Pure Blooded Thief" route.
Background[]
According to Kent and Rai U.'s bios, they were once friends, until Rai U. left the academy to join the Toppat Clan in hopes of traveling the world and finding the strongest fighters. Kent hopes to one day bring Rai U back.
Infiltrating the Airship[]
He can be seen fighting against Kent, and getting knocked out by him, after Henry Stickmin causes the Airship to crash in the desert.
It is unknown if Kent managed to bring him back to base after the CCC attack.

Appearance[]
He wears a black top hat with a red bandana tied around it. He wears white shoes and wears red wristbands. He's quite fusioned of Henry and Right Hand Man, but younger and look like he's modified.
Trivia[]
- Rai U. is a reference with probably the incorrect pronunciation of the character Ryu from the fighting video game Street Fighter.
- Due to his hairstyle, he could be mistaken for a woman.
- He is tied with Kent, Lonk and Lenk for having the fewest amount of letters in their name in the entire collection, unless you don't count symbols. In which case, the tie would be between Rai U, Kent, Lonk, Lenk and T.R.N.K.
- Even though it might be white shoes, him and Kent seem to appear barefooted.
- This is also the same case of Gastro.
