The Revolver is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Toppat King" pathway.
Henry can use the revolver to try and take out three soldiers that are about to detonate an EMP bomb, which will cripple the soon to launch Toppat Orbital Station.
Unfortunately, Henry takes too much time to aim, and is shot down by Howard Lipton, leading to fail.
