Rewire is an option in the "Master Bounty Hunter" ending in Completing the Mission. The option's icon is the Right Hand Man with a blue cybernetic eye.
After Henry Stickmin manages to subdue the cyborg Right Hand Man with the Cheap Fighting Combo, he proceeds to modify the cybernetics in the Right Hand Man, causing him to switch allegiances to Henry. His red cybernetic eye turns blue to indicate the change.
The two breach into the Rocket's cockpit, proceeding to threaten the Toppat pilot, Sven Svensson. However, he then questions RHM's allegiance with the person who arrested their former leader. RHM manages to gain his original programming back and throws Henry off the rocket, resulting in a fail. (He gets his red eye back to signal that Sven managed to bring him back to the Toppats.)
