The Robo Pants (named Techno Trousers in the original version) are a special pair of robotic pants with many properties. They appear in Infiltrating the Airship during the Cannon Ball route.
Origin[]
The robo pants are based on the techno trousers from "Wallace and Gromit". They were given to Gromit on his birthday by Wallace in The Wrong Trousers. They may have also based them off of the Robotic Pants Mech from the eighth and ninth Captain Underpants novels, used by Tippy Tinkletrousers (or Professor Poopypants). The trousers had to be renamed and redesigned for The Henry Stickmin Collection for copyright reasons.
Abilities[]
The Robo Pants have the ability to adhere to any solid surface via suction, enabling the wearer to scale the side of a wall. This however, was not their original purpose.
Henry can choose the pants while chasing Reginald Copperbottom throughout the Airship, while Henry is in the Brig section and the leader is standing on a higher platform near a door.
When chosen, Henry will put on the pants and walk straight up the wall, and onto the ceiling. He forgets to wear the harness designed to keep the person inside the trousers when walking upside down, and he falls out of them, back to the ground below. This leads to a fail.
