Snowcap is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Little Nest Egg" and "Toppat 4 Life" endings.
He is stationed with Icepick in the snowy Canadian tundra, close to The Wall. He picked working there because it didn't require much work on his part. The conversation he has with Icepick in "Little Nest Egg" is overheard by Henry, sending him on his next mission.

He wears a soft dark red snow hat and dark red shoes to match.
Personality[]
In complete contrast to his partner, the other Toppat with a fuzzy hat, Icepick, Snowcap is laid back, with a chill demeanor and isn't very dutiful. While Icepick is worrying about the lack of safety and protection on the Toppat Train, Snowcap is trying to reassure him that it won't be a bad experience.
However, despite his laid-back personality, he is also shown to be rational and level-headed, as he was the only passenger on cart #1 to have the idea of going out in the back door of the passenger cart. With that being said Snowcap isn't shown to be very dutiful. He picked working in the tundra so he wouldn't need to do work showing how he purposefully likes to avoid doing his job. Icepick is frustrated by the work that comes with caravan duty while Snowcap sees it as an opportunity to relax on the train.
This ultimately make him the foil to Icepick, who is mindful and much more uptight, with a good sense of duty.
Completing the Mission[]
Little Nest Egg[]
Snowcap is seen talking to Icepick at the Tavern discussing about the Toppat Orbital Station. He tries to reassure that it won't be a bad experience on the train, while Icepick is complaining about being on the caravan as duty. They chat about the train's money cart unaware of the fact that Henry Stickmin is listening to their conversation under disguise and is now planning to steal it. After done with their conversation, they both head out to report to the Dogobogo Jungle bumping into Henry along the way and shunting him.
Later in the pathway, after Henry reaches the money cart, Snowcap is locked in one of the Toppat Train carts along with some other Toppat members. While everyone is still trying to get through the door, Snowcap is the only one to simply suggest to just go out the back door with only Mr. Teal following through with the suggestion.
Toppat 4 Life[]
Similar to Little Nest Egg, Snowcap and Icepick are seen at the Tavern discussing something. They are most likely whispering because they see two soldiers in the bar too. Unlike the previous pathway, Snowcap hasn't been arrested due to Henry Stickmin cancelling the Government Raid.
