Henry and his spirit, Reference

A Spirit (スタンド Sutando) is a physical manifestation of a person's "life energy" (生命エネルギー Seimei enerugī).

It generally presents itself as an ethereal figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the User, can be wielded for good or evil.

The only known Spirit Users are Henry Stickmin and the Right Hand Man, and are only shown using them in the "Revenged" pathway in Completing the Mission.

Known Spirits

• 

  The Spirit Right Hand Man uses in Revenged.

  Reference: A short range Spirit. Anyone punched by him is sent to an alternate timeline. He can also swap places with Henry.
• Bottled Time: A Spirit that is able to absorb the sands of time, allowing Right Hand Man to slow time at will.

Trivia

• They are direct references to the Stands from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. The Spirits featured in Revenged are a reference to the Stands D4C and The World.
