Steve Dallas is shown to wear an Red top hat. However, the color of his shoes are not shown.
Personality[]
Steve seems to be a fierce and competitive person. This is seen when he immediately denies Wayne Jensen's right to be the Toppat Leader and suggests himself as a better candidate.
Similar to Wayne, Steve envies the position as Toppat Leader though seems to be patient about it as he waits for the right opportunity to take leadership of the Clan instead of immediately snatching the chance.
Completing the Mission[]
He is seen with Wayne "The Stone" Jensen during the credits of "Master Bounty Hunter", where he and the other Toppats are overpowered by The Government.
When the Gov't reveals that the Right Hand Man has been captured, he and Wayne end up arguing over which one of them should be the new leader. However, nobody listens to them.
Steve and Wayne end up getting caught and apprehended by Dill Talley.
