The Swapper is a tool reviewed by Gadget Gabe. It is seen in Completing the Mission during the "Special BROvert Ops" path.
The device is a handheld teleportation gun, that allows the wielder to instantly swap places with anyone they point the device at.
Henry Stickmin uses it to swap places with Red Crimson, who is standing near the door to the cockpit of the Toppat Orbital Station, so he can proceed unnoticed.

- This is one of the only two Gadget Gabe gadgets to have a successful outcome, followed by the SuccPak, as most lead to a fail.
- This is also the only Gadget Gabe gadget to have a successful outcome when the other options aren't Gadget Gabe gadgets.
- The song, "Guitar Pause" the plays during the instruction card of Swapper is inspired by "Southern Front Porch Whistler" from Neverhood.
