TV Broadcast is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Special BROvert Ops" ending.
After Henry Stickmin has infiltrated the Toppat Orbital Station, he needs to distract the Toppats near him so he can sneak to the engine room. Charles Calvin thus sets up a big tv screen from underneath his helicopter, and begins to stream an episode of a comedy series based off of the real-life series Seinfeild. It works at first since all the Toppats gather at the window of the rocket to watch. Unfortunately, Henry joins them and is found, leading to a fail.
