Talinn Circus is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in "Special BROvert Ops" ending.
Appearance[]
Talinn wears a red yellow-striped top hat with red shoes.
Completing the Mission[]
He is seen with Crusher when Henry Stickmin is in the Storage Bay of the Toppat Orbital Station. If Henry uses the Subsonic Wave, Tallin alongside everyone on the storage gets crushed.
If Charles Calvin hacks and controls Topbot, Tallin will get surprised by the sudden break of the crate, but soon get amused by the robot's dances alongside everyone else except Henry.
This allows Henry to get in the engine room.

- The word "Talinn" is close to the word "Tallinn," which is the capital and the most populous and primate city of Estonia.
- When he gets crushed in the Subsonic Wave fail his hat is not seen.
- However, Crusher's hat is seen.
