The Ruffian is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character in Completing the Mission. He appears in the "Triple Threat" and "Special BROvert Ops" endings.

Appearance[]

The Ruffian wears an arched rough brownish black top hat and light brown shoes. When armed, he is seen holding an AK-47.

Completing the Mission[]

Triple Threat[]

The Ruffian is seen in the Orbital Station Cafeteria sitting with other Toppat members after Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose break in. During the Diversion option towards the beginning he is puzzled with a confused look on his face in which he later nods to the Dance and gets distracted. He is later arrested when the Toppat Orbital Station is redirected to The Wall which it lands at.

Special BROvert Ops[]

The Ruffian is seen sitting next to a box on his smartphone when Henry Stickmin enters the Storage Bay. He later gets distracted by Topbot dancing along with all the other Toppats in the Storage Bay. He was later arrested by the Government along with all other members of the Train & Orbital Station's divisions.
