The Wall is an option in Completing the Mission during the final choice screen for "Toppat Recruits" /" Pardoned Pals".
Henry and Ellie are in the Toppat Orbital Station, surrounded by Reginald and the Right Hand Man on one side, Dmitri Johannes Petrov and Grigori Olyat on the other, and Charles in his helicopter behind them.
Henry and Ellie decide to surrender to Dmitri and Grigori. They are taken prisoner and escorted back to The Wall, soon after, Charles opens fire on the Toppat Leaders off screen, killing them. The music sounds a lot like the end music in "Presumed Dead".
Back at The Wall, Henry and Ellie are frozen in an ice block, as an extreme measure to prevent any future incident at the complex. This results in a fail.
