Thomas Chipz is a member of the Toppat Clan, and a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Cleaned 'em Out" ending.

Cleaned 'em Out[]
He is seen with Filbert Philbert loading the Toppat Train, while Henry Stickmin is in the bush close to the train. To get inside the train, Henry can use a:
Toppat Box: Henry hides in a box and jumps in front of Thomas and Filbert in hopes of them throwing the box with him inside the train. Thomas asks if they should throw it in, but is Filbert awnsers negatively. Both left the box out and enters the moving train, leaving Henry behind.
Prop: Henry disguises himself as a prop and sneaks close to the door. Philbert questions the existence of the prop, and Thomas lights it to check if it's fake or not. Henry is burned to ashes, while Thomas gets surprised by the fake prop.
Magic Hat: Henry gets inside on a hat similar to The Magician's and magically manages to get out of the other hat onboard of the train. Thomas, without noticing Henry, behind him, closes the door and gets inside on another cart.
Thomas starts discussing with Philbert about who should had closed the door, but notices someone in the cart. Before he could see who was, Henry gets out on the door, entering the passenger car. Before Thomas enters it and notices him, Henry can:
Mannequin: Henry pretends to be a mannequin to avoid being noticed. Thomas alongside Filbert enters the cart and notices the mannquin. He mistakes Henry for a coat rack and starts playing with it, imitating it. He sticks Henry's head out of the window, where it hits an obstacle and gets smashed clean off, accidentally killing him. Thomas gets dissapointed about the coatrack being broken.
Sit: Henry quickly sits on the seats in the cart alongside two Toppats. Although, the sit Henry took actually belongs to another person (likely Thomas) and when the person comes, The Toppat at Henry's side explains Henry's unexpected presence, revealing him being a stowaway.
Window: Henry jumps out of the window and hits a tree, whose sends him on the top of the train, managing to avoid attention from Thomas and the other Toppats.
