The Time Machine is a gadget seen in Completing the Mission during the "Toppat Recruits"/"Pardoned Pals" pathway.
Henry Stickmin can use this device after he and Ellie Rose have been cornered in the launch tower of the Toppat Orbital Station by the twins Konrad and Calvin Bukowski, that both managed to capture Ellie Rose and Henry needs to find a way to free her. Henry uses the time machine to travel 2 years back, when the two are still recruits. There, he throws a rock at one of them, provoking a fight between the brothers in discreet. The General is dismayed and declares that he will discharge them from the military. This alters the timeline that upon returning to the present, the two soldiers have vanished (as they were never fit for duty), resulting in a success.

- The Time Machine's icon takes inspiration from the eponymous MacOS application.
- In the Henry Stickmin Collection Developer Commentary, the Time Machine was going to have the Multiverse Correction ending. Puffballs changed it because "He wanted it to be a bigger deal than a choice".
- In the same Developer Commentary, Henry was originally to prevent the brothers' parents from meeting so they would never exist, but this was changed because "it was really hard to make it clear what was happening".
