Timothy Turner is a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears as minor antagonist in "Toppat 4 Life". His bio states he used to have two imaginary friends when he was younger.
Appearance[]
He is a stick figure of average height sporting a gapless buck teeth and wears a government helmet.
Toppat 4 Life[]
During Toppat 4 Life, Timothy is seen during the conflict at the Government Military Base when Henry Stickmin causes Big Boy to go on a rampage after choosing Scrambler. Here, Turner can be seen shouting as he warns his fellow soldiers about the chaos being caused by the destructive Big Boy. He, along with other soldiers, later evacuate the Military Base when the Center for Chaos Containment interferes the chaos by sending the G.A.B.E.G.G. to attack Big Boy which causes even more destruction.

- He is a parody of Timmy Turner from The Fairly OddParents.
- His bio also stated that he used to have imaginary friends when he is a younger, which is an ironic parody reference to the fact that Timmy is a young character having 2 fairies in the show.
