Todd Tater is a soldier who wears an dark green soldier helmet with dark green shoes.
Completing the Mission[]
He is seen with Bill Cook on the east side of the parking lot of the Toppat Launch Site, with Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose surrounded.
Unaware of what The Wall actually is, he confuses them as Toppat Clan reinforcements and orders his fellow soldiers to fire at them.
