The Ultimate Freeze is an option for the Center for Chaos Containment to use in Completing the Mission during the Toppat 4 Life pathway.
It can be unleashed when Ellias Bahtchin slides a switch with a white snowflake symbol on a blue background. A message about the ultimate freeze is sent, which is “Commencing Ultimate Freeze,” and seconds later everything in the surrounding area is paused, resulting in a fail.

- The Ultimate Freeze's range has yet to have been determined. It is unknown whether it bars off the area or its area of effect can be explored safely post-usage. Whether the Ultimate Freeze effects the mobile unit or not is also unknown.
- The fail is likely a joke on how the "Ultimate Freeze" is expected to freeze everything in a block of ice, but instead freezes time.
- It is the only action of the CCC that does not cause further destruction.
