Underbarrel Grenade Launcher is a weapon found in Completing The Mission, during the Free Man pathway. Henry can use this weapon after he breaks out of his cell with the Metal Hat and the Toppats chase him into an armoury.
If chosen, Henry Stickmin launches a grenade at the Toppat Clan members that have him cornered but it blasts a hole in the hull of the Toppat Orbital Station, creating a vacuum that sucks everybody with Henry into outer space, which results in a fail.

- This option is based on the GP-25 Grenade Launcher.
- Puff mentioned that the fail text references his thoughts at the beginning of the Aquaman movie. In the beginning of the movie a grenade launcher was brought on board the submarine and the fail text references his questioning on why they brought a grenade launcher.
