Vance Kite is a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in "Toppat King".

Toppat King[]
Vance is a soldier, who along with his anonymous subordinates participates in The Toppat Raid. He and his colleagues encounter Reginald Copperbottom in the control tower, following Henry’s helicopter hijack. Reginald finds himself in a predicament, and threatens Vance Kite of Henry’s incoming presence; to which he responds with little certainty by escorting Reginald out of the tower. Henry, who had fled the scene by hijacking a government helicopter, must save Reginald.
Vance Kite is involved in three choices throughout this scene:
- Abandon - Henry decides to abandon Reginald, and ends up leaving for the Toppat Orbital Station. His helicopter is blown up after being mistaken for a government pilot. Off-screen, Vance and his group arrest the Toppat Clan’s former leader.
- Helicopter - Henry attempts to wipe-out the soldiers via a helicopter crash on the tower’s window. Vance Kite does not seem to notice, only when the helicopter is close enough to give fatal results.
- Mounted Gun - Leaving the controls, Henry uses a machinegun inside the helicopter, which he uses to open fire at soldiers, including Vance, who was shot in the head most notably. Reginald manages to get out of the situation, but Henry has left the controls and therefore must bail out of the helicopter before it crashes.
