The Warp Star is an item appearing in Fleeing the Complex during the Presumed Dead route. It is the first choice to appear while Henry is inside the Truck dangling over the edge of a cliff about to meet his doom.
If chosen, the star will launch Henry out of the truck and away from the guards, but straight into his old cell at West Mesa Penitentiary. The star is likely destroyed upon landing.
