Wayne "The Stone" Jensen is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in "Master Bounty Hunter."

Wayne Jensen is a Toppat who wears an tall sea-foam green top hat. The color of his shoes are not shown.

Personality[]

Wayne seems to bear a bold and competitive nature. This is shown as he doesn't hesitate when trying to claim leadership of the Toppat Clan and argues with Steve Dallas over it. Though Wayne seems to envy Toppat leadership, he also seems to be patient as he waits for the right opportunity to take the leadership instead of immediately taking the chance.

Completing the Mission[]

He is seen with "Rock Cool" Steve Dallas during the credits of "Master Bounty Hunter," where the Toppats are overpowered by the Government. When the Gov't reveals that the Right Hand Man has been captured, he and Steve end up arguing over which one of them should be the new leader. However, nobody listens to them.

Wayne and Steve eventually end up getting caught and apprehended by Dill Talley.

He is based off of American-Canadian actor and retired professional wrestler, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
His bio claims he has been waiting for a leadership position to open up and this is proven true when he tries to take command of the Clan now that the Right Hand Man is captured. Nobody listens to him though.
Wayne and Steve Dallas arguing over Toppat leadership is a play on the competitive nature of WWE and the constant strive to be on top.
His hat is identical to that of Mr. Skyscraper.
