He wears brown shoes and has a orange mustache and black eyebrows.

Willie is an inmate at The Wall.
According to his bio, he believes he is a prospector from the 1800's, and was locked up at The Wall after going on "a bit of a rampage".
He is seen escaping after Henry opens all the cell doors, fighting with Horace Johnson. It is unknown who wins the battle.
