Y-Type Move is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Revenged" ending.
Henry can use this option during his fight with the Right Hand Man when the latter throws a huge energy ball at him. If chosen, Henry uses his own cybernetics to create a small green energy projectile, and throws it at the Right Hand Man. The projectile neutralizes the Right Hand Man's energy ball and hits the airship. The gigantic explosion that follows scorches the Right Hand Man and cripples the Airship at the same time, allowing Henry to finish him and move to the cockpit and capture Reginald. This results in a success.

- The Y-Type Move is a reference to Z-Moves from Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
- The song, "Y-Type Move" that plays during Y-Type Move is based off of "Battle! Trainer" from Pokémon X & Y.
