The Yo-Yo is a tool that Henry can use to start the boss fight in "Infiltrating the Airship" after the Cannon Ball start.
The other option is Dirk, which triggers a Final Fantasy style fight.
Doing so starts an EarthBound style fight between Henry and the Right Hand Man. In the original game the theme "Sanctuary Guardian" plays when fighting him, however the theme was changed in The Henry Stickmin Collection to sound similar to the theme, likely to avoid copyright.
This tool will end in a fail or will let you progress, depending on what you do, with the options being Bash (a direct hit with the Yo-yo), PSI (a PK Flash attack), Defend (a defensive move which reduces damage, and Goods (which summons a Multi-Bottle Rocket). Choosing anything other than Goods will always end in a fail from a attack from the Right Hand Man.
It is possible to avoid a fail from this tool by selecting "Goods". This will make Henry fire a Multi-Bottle Rocket, dealing 2388 damage and winning the battle.
